Account responsibilities

Ordering & delivery

Production starts after payment confirmation. We deliver drafts and finals via your secure dashboard or approved channels. Missing information, delayed feedback, or scope changes may affect timelines.

Revision policy

Revisions are complimentary within the original brief and revision window. Requests that introduce new requirements may be treated as a new order or incur an additional fee.

Payments & pricing

All pricing is confirmed upfront. Transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. Taxes and currency conversion fees, where applicable, remain the client's responsibility.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the deliverables for personal, educational purposes. Redistribution, resale, or publication requires written permission.

Limitation of liability

Skillvante is not liable for indirect damages, grade outcomes, or academic penalties resulting from misuse of our services. We are committed to delivering high-quality work, but final submission decisions rest with the client.
